Its triggered ability causes any number of target players other than the enchanted player to draw cards equal to the number of Curses attached to that enchanted player at the beginning of the enchanted player's upkeep. The controller of this Curse chooses the targets for the triggered ability, allowing them to benefit even when the Curse is attached to an opponent.
