Winged Portent (DBL-356) is a Rare Instant from Innistrad: Double Feature. When cast normally it draws a card for each creature with flying you control, and it has an alternate cleave cost that removes the flying restriction to instead draw a card for each creature you control. That scalable draw effect makes it useful as a refill or finisher in decks that generate many flyers or creature tokens.
