Soulcipher Board // Cipherbound Spirit (DBL-346) is a transform artifact/creature from Innistrad: Double Feature that begins as an artifact bearing omen counters and can become a creature. As Soulcipher Board it enters with three omen counters and lets you pay {1}{U} and tap to surveil 2, removing an omen counter whenever a creature card goes to a graveyard and transforming when counters reach zero. The back side, Cipherbound Spirit, is a 3/2 flying Spirit that can only block flyers and has {3}{U}: draw two cards then discard a card, offering a grinder role after transformation.
