The creature has flying and lifelink and its power and toughness are each equal to the number of Spirits and enchantments you control, and it can be cast from the graveyard transformed for its Disturb cost. The back side is a legendary Aura that grants flying, lifelink, protection from Vampires and a +X/+X bonus based on that same count, and it exiles itself if it would go to the graveyard.
