Jacob Hauken, Inspector // Hauken's Insight (DBL-332) is a legendary blue creature that can transform into a legendary enchantment from Innistrad: Double Feature. As the creature, tapping lets you draw then exile a card from your hand and you may pay {4}{U}{U} to transform it; as the enchantment it exiles the top card of your library each upkeep and lets you play one of the cards exiled with it each turn without paying its mana cost. It serves as a value and toolbox engine, enabling free casting of exiled spells and supporting value- or combo-oriented blue strategies.
