Ill-Tempered Loner // Howlpack Avenger (DBL-429, Foil) is a red double-faced creature card that transforms between two werewolf faces. The front face deals back damage to any target when it is dealt damage and can pump itself for {1}{R} until end of turn; the back face similarly redirects damage dealt to any of your permanents and has the same pump ability. Its daybound/nightbound mechanic causes it to transform based on the number of spells cast, making it interactive with spell-heavy or spell-light game states.
