Curse of Surveillance (DBL-46) is an Enchantment — Aura Curse from Innistrad: Double Feature that enchants a player. At the beginning of the enchanted player’s upkeep, the aura’s controller chooses any number of players other than that player and those chosen each draw cards equal to the number of Curses attached to the enchanted player. Its triggered ability lets the controller benefit by selecting themselves as a target when the curse is attached to an opponent, enabling card advantage or political interactions in multiplayer formats.
