Bereaved Survivor // Dauntless Avenger (DBL-4 foil) is a double-faced white creature from Innistrad: Double Feature that begins as a dying Human Peasant and can transform. When another creature you control dies it transforms into Dauntless Avenger, a Human Soldier that, whenever it attacks, returns a creature card with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking. The back face supports aggressive graveyard recursion and can bring small creatures directly into combat to press damage or recover key bodies.
