The front face can tap and pay {2}{R} to deal 1 damage to any target, while the back face has a similar {2}{R} activated ability that also prevents the damaged creature from blocking that turn. The card interacts with Daybound/Nightbound and its two activated abilities function independently, so transforming does not retroactively change earlier activations' effects.
