Wash Away (VOW-87 foil) is an uncommon blue instant from the Innistrad: Crimson Vow expansion. It can be cast for {U} to counter a target spell, or cast for its cleave cost of {1}{U}{U} to change the target restriction and counter a spell that wasn't cast from its owner’s hand. The cleave option lets it interact differently with copied spells and non-hand-cast spells, offering alternate disruption depending on how it's cast.
