Soulcipher Board // Cipherbound Spirit (VOW-79, Uncommon) is an artifact that enters the battlefield with three omen counters and can transform into a Spirit creature. The front face lets you pay {1}{U} and tap to surveil two, and it removes an omen counter whenever a creature card is put into your graveyard; it transforms when the last omen counter is removed. The back face is a 3/2 flying Spirit that can only block flying creatures and has {3}{U}: draw two cards, then discard a card.
