Restless Bloodseeker // Bloodsoaked Reveler (VOW-295 foil) is a transforming black Vampire creature from the Innistrad: Crimson Vow set. Its front and back faces both trigger at your end step to create Blood artifact tokens if you gained life that turn, and the back face adds an activated ability that drains life from each opponent while gaining you life. The Blood tokens can be discarded and sacrificed to draw cards and are also a resource used to pay the creature’s transform cost, giving the card a recurring token-economy role in midrange or aristocrat-style black decks.
