Old Rutstein (VOW 244 Foil) is a legendary Human Peasant creature from Innistrad: Crimson Vow. When it enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep you mill a card and create a token based on that card type: Treasure for a land, a 1/1 green Insect for a creature, or a Blood token for other noncreature, nonland cards. Its repeated mill-trigger provides token generation that can fuel sacrifice effects, mana acceleration, or board presence depending on which cards you mill.
