The creature has flying, lifelink, and protection from Vampires and its power and toughness are each equal to the number of Spirits and/or enchantments you control. As a back-face Aura, Katilda's Rising Dawn enchants a creature granting flying, lifelink, protection from Vampires, and a +X/+X bonus where X equals that same count, and it can be cast transformed from the graveyard using Disturb.
