Jacob Hauken, Inspector (VOW-332) is a legendary Human Advisor creature from Innistrad: Crimson Vow that can tap to draw and then exile a card from your hand face down. Paying {4}{U}{U} as part of that ability transforms him into Hauken's Insight, a legendary enchantment that exiles the top card of your library each upkeep and lets you play one of the exiled cards each turn without paying its mana cost. The transformed side creates a long-term advantage by effectively creating a hidden, reusable pool of cards you may cast or play under normal timing rules.
