Investigator's Journal (VOW-345) is an Artifact — Clue from the Innistrad: Crimson Vow expansion. It enters the battlefield with suspect counters equal to the greatest number of creatures any player controls and lets you pay 2 and tap to remove a suspect counter to draw a card, or pay 2 and sacrifice it to draw a card. Its entering-counters ability scales with board state, giving larger boards more uses before needing to sacrifice it.
