Inspired Idea (VOW-360, Rare) is a blue sorcery from Innistrad: Crimson Vow that can be cast for its normal cost or for its cleave cost. Its primary effect is to draw three cards while the normal casting also imposes a reduction of your maximum hand size by three for the rest of the game. Casting it for its cleave cost removes the bracketed hand-size-reduction text, changing its strategic trade-off between raw card draw and a long-term penalty.
