Ill-Tempered Loner // Howlpack Avenger (VOW-162) is a double-faced rare creature that begins as a Human Werewolf on the front and flips to a larger Werewolf on the back in the Innistrad: Crimson Vow set. The front face deals damage to any target when this creature is dealt damage and can pay {1}{R} for a temporary +2/+0, while the back face redirects damage dealt to your permanents into damage to any target and also has the same +2/+0 activated boost. It supports aggressive red strategies by turning combat or incidental damage into reach damage and by becoming a stronger threat when the nightbound condition is met.
