It lets a targeted player reveal their hand and you choose a nonland card for them to discard, with a Cleave {2}{B} option that changes the discard restriction. The Cleave mode removes the mana-value restriction on the chosen card, turning it into a broader hand disruption spell when cast for the alternate cost.
