Dread Fugue (VOW-107) is a black sorcery from Innistrad: Crimson Vow. It lets you reveal a target player's hand and choose a nonland card for them to discard, with the printed version restricting the choice to cards with mana value 2 or less. It also has Cleave {2}{B}, an alternate-cost mode that removes the bracketed restriction when cast for that cost.
