When it attacks or blocks you sacrifice it at end of combat, and it has Disturb allowing you to cast the back face from your graveyard transformed for {1}{W}{U}. The back face is an Aura that enchants a creature and creates a tapped attacking 4/4 white Spirit token whenever the enchanted creature attacks, and it is exiled if it would go to the graveyard.
