Inspired Idea (PVOW-64s foil) is a blue sorcery promo from Innistrad: Crimson Vow that can be cast for {2}{U} or its cleave cost {3}{U}{U}. Its primary effect draws three cards but, if cast without paying the cleave cost, reduces your maximum hand size by three for the rest of the game. Casting it for its cleave cost removes the bracketed hand-size reduction text, changing the card’s tradeoff and potential deck role.
