Halana and Alena, Partners (PVOW-239s Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Ranger printed as part of Innistrad: Crimson Vow Promos. They have first strike and reach, and at the beginning of combat on your turn they put X +1/+1 counters on another target creature you control equal to their power and give that creature haste until end of turn. Functionally they act as a scalable pump-and-haste enabler, useful for turning a mid-sized creature into an immediate attacker or finish for aggressive and creature-focused decks.
