When it resolves you exile the top thirteen cards of your library and then search your library for a card to put into your hand, shuffling afterward. The exiled thirteen cards remain exiled as part of the spell’s cost/benefit and rules interactions note that if your library has thirteen or fewer cards you will exile your whole library and not put a card into your hand.
