Chandra, Dressed to Kill (PVOW-149p, promo foil) is a legendary Planeswalker card for the red Chandra subtype from the Innistrad: Crimson Vow Promos set. It has three loyalty abilities: a +1 that adds red mana and can deal 1 damage to a player or planeswalker, a +1 that exiles the top card of your library and lets you cast it this turn if it’s red, and a −7 that exiles the top five cards allowing you to cast red spells from among them and grants an emblem that deals damage equal to mana spent when you cast red spells. This is a standard legendary planeswalker card with loyalty abilities and normal mana cost, intended for deck play.
