Chandra, Dressed to Kill (PVOW-149p prerelease stamp) is a legendary red planeswalker card from the Innistrad: Crimson Vow Promos set. It has three loyalty abilities: two +1 abilities that produce mana/deal damage and enable exiling and casting of cards, and a −7 ultimate that lets you exile five cards, cast red spells among them, and grants an emblem that deals damage whenever you cast red spells based on mana spent. The card supports aggressive and spell-focused red strategies by providing ramp, direct damage, card advantage through exiling/casting, and a game-ending emblem.
