Zirda, the Dawnwaker (PIKO-233p foil) is a legendary Elemental Fox creature from the Ikoria promos. It grants a static cost reduction that makes non-mana activated abilities cost {2} less to activate (but not below one generic), and it has a {1},{T} ability that prevents a target creature from blocking this turn. As a companion, it can be revealed from outside the game if your starting deck meets its permanent-activated-ability requirement and can be paid for with the special {3} companion action to add it to your hand.
