Narset of the Ancient Way (PIKO-195p) is a legendary Planeswalker card from the Ikoria promos that combines blue, red, and white. Her +1 grants 2 life and produces a restricted {U}, {R}, or {W} to cast only noncreature spells, her −2 draws then allows a discard that can deal damage equal to the discarded nonland card’s mana value, and her −6 gives an emblem dealing 2 damage to any target whenever you cast a noncreature spell.
