Description

Lutri, the Spellchaser (PIKO-227p) is a legendary Creature — Elemental Otter from the Ikoria promo sheet with the Companion and Flash keywords. Its enter-the-battlefield trigger creates a copy of an instant or sorcery you control, letting you duplicate spells you cast and choose new targets for the copy. As a companion it can be declared for decks meeting its unique-name requirement or paid for from outside the game to hand during your main phase.
