Description

Keruga, the Macrosage (PIKO-225p foil) is a legendary Dinosaur Hippo creature from Ikoria promos that can be chosen as your companion if your starting deck meets its mana-value restriction. Its companion requirement restricts your starting deck to cards with mana value 3 or greater and lands, and when it enters the battlefield it lets you draw a card for each other permanent you control with mana value 3 or greater. As a five-mana green/blue creature with a 5/4 body, it serves as a late-game card-drawing finisher and can be cast normally if not used as the companion.
