It has mutate and grants flying and trample, and whenever it mutates you exile cards from your library until you exile a nonland permanent card, then you may put that card onto the battlefield or into your hand. As a high-impact mutate top-end, it functions as a finisher that can cheat permanents into play or refill your hand depending on the card revealed.
