Emergent Ultimatum (PIKO-185) is a sorcery promotional print from Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths Promos that costs {B}{B}{G}{G}{G}{U}{U}. When it resolves you search your library for up to three monocolored cards with different names, exile them, have an opponent pick one to shuffle back, and then may cast the others without paying their mana costs as part of the resolution. This spell lets you cast multiple spells immediately (ignoring usual timing for those types) and can effectively cheat big monocolored spells into play at no mana cost.
