Oblivion Stone (IMA-223) is an Artifact from the Iconic Masters set. It can place fate counters on permanents for {4} and {T}, and for {5}, {T}, and sacrificing itself it destroys every nonland permanent without a fate counter then clears all fate counters. This card functions as a board-reset tool that can be used progressively to protect selected permanents before executing a global wipe.
