Great Teacher's Decree (IMA 21, foil) is a white sorcery from Iconic Masters that grants creatures you control +2/+1 until end of turn. It has Rebound, allowing you to exile it as it resolves and optionally cast it again at the beginning of your next upkeep without paying its mana cost. The effect only applies to creatures you control at the time it resolves and the rebound cast ignores the sorcery timing restriction.
