It gives target creature +1/+0 and makes it unblockable until end of turn, and it has Rebound so you may cast it again from exile at the beginning of your next upkeep. As a cheap evasive pump spell, it’s commonly used to enable surprise damage, unblockable attackers, or to trigger enter-the-battlefield and combat damage effects across two turns.
