Snowfall (ICE-101) is a blue Enchantment from Ice Age that grants extra blue mana when Islands are tapped and has cumulative upkeep. Its triggered ability gives an additional {U} when any Island taps for mana and an additional {U}{U} if that Island is a snow land, with the extra mana restricted to paying cumulative upkeep costs. The card forces a growing upkeep expense each turn due to cumulative upkeep {U}, creating a tradeoff between recurring mana generation and an escalating upkeep tax.
