It has cumulative upkeep {1} and can tap to place a music counter on a target creature, granting that creature a triggered upkeep-destruction ability if it doesn't already have it. This can be used defensively to burden opposing creatures with upkeep costs or combo with effects that care about counters or triggered upkeep abilities.
