Merieke Ri Berit (ICE-297) is a legendary Human creature from the Ice Age set that costs WUB and has 1/1 stats. It has a tap ability that gains control of a target creature while you control Merieke, and a leave-or-untap-trigger that destroys that creature and prevents regeneration. Her effect creates a control-locked tempo role in decks, where keeping her tapped maintains stolen creatures but untapping or losing her causes that creature's destruction.
