Land Cap (ICE-357) is a rare Land from the Ice Age expansion that taps for white or blue mana. It adds a depletion counter when tapped and then doesn't untap during your next untap step if it has that counter. Its upkeep ability removes a depletion counter, letting it resume tapping on subsequent turns and creating a tempo trade-off for flexible mana.
