It has a tap-activated ability usable only during the declare blockers step to swap which creatures are blocking two target blocked attackers when their sets of potential blockers align. Official rulings clarify that triggered abilities from the initial blocker declaration still resolve and that changing which creature is blocking does not itself trigger abilities for becoming a blocker.
