Gaze of Pain (ICE-128) is a common black sorcery from the Ice Age set. It gives a temporary triggered ability: until end of turn, when one of your attacking creatures isn’t blocked you may have it deal damage equal to its power to a target creature while that attacking creature assigns no combat damage. This card functions as a combat trick that can redirect an unblocked attacker’s damage to remove blockers or trade off creatures.
