Arcum's Whistle (ICE-311) is an uncommon artifact from the Ice Age set. For {3} and tapping it you force the active player to either pay that creature's mana value or have a targeted non-Wall creature attack this turn and be destroyed at the next end step if it didn't attack. The ability is restricted to activation before attackers are declared and targets only creatures that the active player has controlled continuously since the turn began.
