Description

The Scorpion God (PHOU-146s foil) is a legendary creature — God from the Hour of Devastation Promos set printed in black and red. It draws you a card whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies and can place -1/-1 counters on other creatures for {1}{B}{R}. When it dies, it returns to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step, enabling repeated use across the game.
