Reason lets you scry 3 for one blue mana, while Believe can be cast from your graveyard for its aftermath cost to potentially put the top card of your library onto the battlefield if it’s a creature, otherwise into your hand. The card combines blue and green characteristics while on nonstack zones and is exiled when the aftermath half is cast from the graveyard.
