Fraying Sanity (PHOU-35s foil) is an enchantment — Aura Curse from the Hour of Devastation Promos set. It enchants a player and at each end step mills that player for X cards, where X equals the number of cards put into their graveyard that turn. Its triggered mill scales with the total cards moved to the enchanted player's graveyard that turn, and multiple copies can multiply the effect when they resolve.
