Giant Oyster (HML-28) is an uncommon blue Creature — Oyster from the Homelands expansion. Its activated tap ability can lock a tapped creature from untapping and then repeatedly puts a -1/-1 counter on that creature during your draw steps while the Oyster remains tapped. This card can serve as a persistent removal/soft-lock tool in decks that can reliably keep the Oyster tapped or sacrifice it after accumulating counters.
