Experimental Frenzy (GRN 99) is a red enchantment from the Guilds of Ravnica set. It lets you look at the top card of your library at any time and allows you to play lands and cast spells from the top of your library while preventing you from playing cards from your hand. The card can be sacrificed with {3}{R} to destroy the enchantment, which provides a built-in off switch for opponents or for you if it becomes detrimental.
