Cerebral Vortex (GK1-35) is an instant from the GRN Guild Kit combining blue and red that entered as an Izzet-flavored card. It has the effect: target player draws two cards and then takes damage equal to the number of cards they've drawn this turn. In decks it can function as a draw spell that punishes opponents (or oneself) for recent draws, enabling Izzet synergies or burn-oriented strategies.
