Whispering Madness (GTC-207, Rare) is a blue-black sorcery from Gatecrash that discards each player's hand then has them draw cards equal to the greatest number discarded. It has Cipher, allowing the spell to be exiled encoded on a creature so that dealing combat damage lets its controller cast a copy without paying its mana cost. The card enables both a one-shot hand-reset and a way to recur that effect through combat damage triggers when encoded.
