Mental Vapors (GTC 72, Uncommon) is a black sorcery from Gatecrash. It makes target player discard a card and has Cipher, letting you exile it encoded on a creature to create copies when that creature deals combat damage to a player. Encoded copies are created and cast from exile each time the creature deals combat damage to a player, enabling repeatable discard effects in a deck that can attack.
